摘要 闪点是表征石油产品火灾危险性的安全指标。常规闪点测定法存在对操作者专业技能要求高,劳动强度大,无法进行连续不间断测定的缺点,影响了测定,结果的准确度和实验效率。将高压电弧、压力传感等现代分析检测技术引入石油产品闪点测定,研制了一台微量闪点自动快速测定仪。实验表明,微量闪点自动快速测定仪操作简单,试样量仅1mL,减少了油蒸气的挥发,改善了实验环境;自带降温装置,实现了连续不间断操作;单次操作用时小于15min,大大提高了实验效率;测定结果与标准方法GB/T261—2008具有较好的相关性。 Flash point is the indicator of fire risk for petroleum products. Regular flash point determination method requires high professional skills,intensive labor, and continual working (can not to be interrupted), which decreases accuracy and efficiency of test results greatly. With introducing high pressure electric arc, pressure sensor and other modern techniques to determinate flash point of petroleum products, determination instrument named automatic flash point tester is manufactured. The results show that the test process is ready while using automatic flash point tester with only 1 mL for a sample, the oil evaporation is reduced to make bet- ter of experimental environment, the continual operation is realized with cooling device of automatic flash point tester, the testing time is decreased to less than 15 min and the experiment efficiency is greatly improved. It also shows that test results of the tester are accurate in accordance with the standard method in GB/T 261--2008.
