摘要
用放射配基竞争结合法和放射免疫法测定连续激发哮喘的大鼠第1,3,7天肺组织β受体(βAR)和环磷酸酰苷(cAMP)水平。结果:哮喘大鼠肺组织βAR和cAMP含量于激发后逐日下降,激发第3天,βAR含量已明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),第7天时,βAR和cAMP均降至最低点,与正常对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01),小青龙汤和补肾定喘汤治疗后,βAR、cAMP含量显著上升(P<0.01),其中βAR含量仍低于正常对照组(P<0.01),小青龙汤组cAMP含量已达到正常水平。
The first, third and seventh day pulmonary tissue accepter and cAMP levels of consecutive asthma attacks of rats have been determined by the methods of the radio aglucone comptition combination and the radioimmunoassay (RIA). As a result, after attacking, the pulmonary tissue βAR and cAMP levels of rats with asthma decreased gradually. In the third day, the βAR level had been greatly lower than that of the normal control group( p <0.01). And in the seventh day, βAR and cAMP levels all went down almost to the minimal levels. As compared with that of the normal control group there was extremely significant difference observed between two groups( p <0.01). After the rats with asthma were treated with Minor Green Blue Dragon Decoction and Bushendingchuan Decoction, the βAR and cAMP levels increased greatly( p <0.01). But the βAR level was still lower than that of the normal control group( p <0.01), and the cAMP level had reached the normal level. It was suggested that Minor Green Blue Dragon Decoction and Bushendingchuan Decoction possess the action of increasing the pulmonary tissue βAR and cAMP levels of rats with asthma.
