摘要
目的 探讨危重患者人工气道的护理方法.方法 回顾性分析我院自2008年1月-2009年12月收治的126例危重患者的临床资料,总结人工气道护理的方法.结果 本组126例患者治愈好转123例,死亡3例,死亡率为2.4%.其中气管切开78例,经口气管插管37例,经鼻气管插管11例.本组患者应用人工气道时间2～23 d,平均9.4d.结论 人工气道护理管理对维持危重患者的呼吸道通畅气道至关重要.
Objective To evaluate neurosurgical patients with artificial airway care methods.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008-December 2009 126 patients admitted to neurosurgical clinical information, review the method of artificial airway care. Results 126 patients in this group improved 123 cases cured, 3 died, the mortality rate was 2.4%. 78 cases in which tracheotomy,intubation in 37 cases, 11 cases of nasal intubation. This group of patients with artificial airway time 2 ～ 23 d, an average of 9.4 d.Conclusion The artificial airway care and management of neurosurgical patients to maintain airway patency crucial role in the airway.
