摘要
回顾分析50例亲属肾移植患者的护理情况,其中49例供受体病情恢复良好出院,1例因术后肺部感染死亡,受体1年人肾存活率达98%。对比同期尸体肾移植,亲属肾移植效果更好,有更充足的时间做好术前各项护理和准备,其中心理护理、密切观察病情、合理使用免疫抑制剂、出院前健康指导是亲属肾移植成功的关键。
We reviewed the nursing practices with 50 patients who received living relative donor renal transplantation. 1 patient died of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation and the others keep alive and human kidney survival of receptor is 98% in 1 year. Compared with the cadaverie kidney transplantation, living relative donor renal transplantation has better effect and own more time to prepare and nursing before kidney transplantation. To meet with success of patient with living relative donor renal transplantation, it is very important to give psychological nursing, observe the state of illness after kidney transplantation, adjust the usage of immune depressor and give health guides before leaving hospital.
