摘要
目的探讨颈动脉支架成形术并发症护理对策。方法对13例因颈动脉狭窄行支架植入患者的临床资料及护理措施进行回顾性总结分析。结果支架置入后患者缺血症状明显改善。术中3例血压下降,2例心动过缓,2例一过性黑曚。术后高灌注综合征1例,尿潴留1例,腹胀2例,远期再狭窄2例。结论颈动脉支架成形术的良好护理配合,能有效减少并发症。
Objective To evaluate the observation and nursing of complications in carotid stent angioplasty.Methods Male 12 cases,female 1 case.8 cases located on the right,3 cases left,bilateral in 2 cases,proximal in 7 cases,3 cases located in remote,3 cases in the middle,the obstructed area of carotid is greater than 4cm in 2 cases,the stricture rate 70% in carotid angiography.Results After stent placement patients with ischemic symptoms improved obviously.During operation,3 cases of blood pressure drops,2 cases of unseen and 2 cases of bradycardia.After operation,the high perfusion syndrome in 1 case,1 case urinary retention,2 cases abdominal distention,2 cases restenosis in long-dated complications.Conclusion The good nursing in the carotid stent angioplastycan effectively reduces the complications.
