摘要
本文运用多种柱色谱方法对蔓荆子醇提物的乙酸乙酯部位进行了化学成分的研究,从中分离得到12个化合物,通过1H、13C NMR、MS等波谱技术并结合其理化性质对其进行结构鉴定,分别为agnuside(1)、10-O-vanilloyaucubin(2)、nishindaside(3)、(1S,2S,4R)-2-endo-hydroxy-1,8-cineole-βD-glucopyranoside(4)、(1R,2R,4S)-2-endo-hydroxy-1,8-cineole-βD-glucopyranoside(5)、松柏醛(6)、山柰酚(7)、槲皮素(8)、紫花牡荆素(9)、木犀草素(10)、原儿茶酸(11)、对羟基苯甲酸(12)。其中化合物3~8为首次从蔓荆子中分离得到,4~7为首次从牡荆属植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents from the EtOAc extract of the ethanolic extract of the fruits of Vitex rotundifolia were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods.Total 12 compounds were isolated and identified as agnuside(1)、 10-O-vanilloyaucubin(2)、 nishindaside(3)、(1S,2S,4R)-2-endo-hydroxy-1,8-cineole β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、(1R,2R,4S)-2-endo-hydroxy-1,8-cineole β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、coniferylaldehyde(6)、 kaempferol(7)、 quercetin(8)、 casticin(9)、 luteolin(10)、 protocatechuic acid(11)、 4-hydroxy benzoic acid(12) on the basis of spectroscopic data(1H NMR、 13C NMR、 MS) and physicochemical properties.Compounds 3~8 were isolated from this plant for the first time and compound 4~7 was firstly obtained from this genus.
