摘要
为使我国临港产业适应集群式发展的要求,从物流项目视角提出临港产业集群系统的特征和集群风险的产生机理,利用因子建模技术和鱼刺图法对临港产业集群可能面临的风险进行识别,并以某市临港产业集群为例,对所提出的基础设施风险、产业关联风险、持续稳定风险、公共管理风险、不可抗力风险和物流项目风险等6种风险因素进行验证.
In order to make Chinese port-vicinity industries comply with the requirement of cluster deve-lopment,the characteristics of port-vicinity industry cluster system and the formation mechanism of corre-sponding cluster risks are presented,and the Factor Modeling Technology and Fishbone Diagram are used to identify the possible risks confronted by port-vicinity industry clusters.A port-vicinity industry cluster is selected as example,and six kinds of cluster risk factors including infrastructure risk,industry correla-tion risk,sustained stabilization risk,public administration risk,force majeure risk and logistics project risk are demonstrated.
