摘要
阿维菌素( Averm ectin, A V M )是一种新型大环内酯类广谱抗寄生虫药物。本试验采用乙腈提取,然后通过氧化铝柱净化组织样本,经 N甲基咪唑与三氟醋酸酐衍生化后,用高效液相色谱- 荧光检测器在激发波长为365nm ,发射波长为 470nm 处,对衍生化产物进行测定。试验结果表明 A V M B1a峰能与其它干扰峰较好地分离,在 10~30μg/kg 的范围内,添加回收率为84% ~102% , C V 为14% ~9.8% 。
Avermectin is a highly potent,broad spectrum antibiotic,which has excellent effects against various endo and ectoparasites in animals and plants.In China,avermectin is widely used for domestic animals.So it is necessary to develop a reliable method to detect avermectin residues in foods of animal origin.In this study,the rabbit’s muscle,liver and kidney samples were extracted by acetonitrile and the extracts were purified on neutral alumina solid phase extraction cartridge.After derivatization with trifluoroacetic anhydride and N methylimidazole,avermectins were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(λex=365nm,λem=475nm),the average recovery of avermectin from muscle,liver and kidney was in the range of 84%~102% when added 10~30ng/g.The coefficient of variation was in the range of 1 4%~9 8%.
