摘要
1 日龄 A A 肉鸡,分组饲喂含不同核黄素水平日粮(17m g/kg,36m g/kg,72m g/kg),人工诱发雏鸡核黄素缺乏症。结果表明,核黄素缺乏主要损害雏鸡的外周神经。通过光镜和电镜观察均表明外周神经明显变性。临床上,多数病鸡表现卷趾麻痹,少数表现不卷趾麻痹和亚临床症状。此外,本实验发现坐骨神经干的不同分支脱髓鞘程度不同,并提出此变化与病鸡是否表现卷趾麻痹密切相关。本文根据实验结果还提出, N R C(1984)年制定的雏鸡核黄素需求量(36m g/kg 日粮)偏低,已不再适用于现代品系肉用仔鸡的生长需要 ,建议在配制雏鸡日粮时,将该标准加倍(72m g/kg 日粮),以确保鸡的正常生长,防止本病发生。
One day old AA broilers were randomly divided into different groups and fed on different riboflavin level diet (1.7mg/kg,3.6mg/kg,7.2mg/kg diet) respectively.Riboflavin deficiency was induced experimentally in chickens.The results showed that riboflavin deficiency was able to cause patent degeneration of peripheral nerve.The majority of affected chickens showed signs of curled toe paralysis,the minority showed no curled toe paralysis and sub clinical symptom.The results also showed that degree of demyelination of branches of sciatic nerve were different and possibly associated with curled toe paralysis or no curled toe paralysis.According to the results,the requirements (3.6mg/kg diet) of riboflavin for chickens made by NRC(1984) were lower and not suitable for modeer meat chickens.It is suggested that this requirements should be doubled (7.2mg/kg diet) when making diet for healthy growth and prevention of the disease.
