摘要
为了研究TP304 H和TP347 H在不同温度下的水蒸气氧化情况,采用不连续称重法对TP347 H和TP304 H钢的高温水蒸汽氧化动力学进行了研究.结果表明:在560℃、590℃、620℃和650℃温度下TP347 H和TP304 H钢的氧化动力学曲线均遵循抛物线(Δm=ktz);TP347 H钢在水蒸气中的抗氧化性能比TP304 H钢好;随着温度的升高,TP347 H和TP304 H钢氧化速率加快,且在590℃到620℃温度段两种材料的氧化速度均变化较快.
Oxidation kinetics of the TP347H and the TP304H steels under high-temperature water-vapour condition is studied by discontinuous weighing.The results indicate:the oxidation kinetics of the TP347H and the TP304H steels at 560 ℃,590 ℃,620 ℃ and 650 ℃ follows parabolic equation(Δm=ktz);the oxidation resistance of TP347H is higher than that of TP304H;oxidation of the TP347H and the TP304H steel of increases as the temperature rises;the oxidation speed of the TP347H and the TP304H steel increnses within from 590 ℃ to 620 ℃.
