摘要
以接枝改性纳米SiO2作为填充剂,对不同聚合物接枝改性纳米SiO2/PP复合材料的力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,接枝改性纳米SiO2能提高复合材料的拉伸强度;接枝聚合物链的种类对复合材料的冲击性能影响差异较大,SiO2-g-PBA填充能明显增韧,SiO2-g-PAA填充使复合材料的冲击强度下降.质量分数3%的SiO2-g-PBA填充使聚丙烯(PP)的Tg下降了2.5℃.透视电镜(Transmission electron microscopy,TEM)观察表明接枝改性能有效促进纳米粒子的分散.
Surface-modified silica was added into PP as fillers,and the effects of which on mechanic properties of composites were studied.The results showed that the addition of modified silica could improve the tensile strength of nano-SiO2/PP composites.The different grafting polymers had different effects on impact strength of nano-SiO2/PP composites.SiO2-g-PBA could improve the toughness of PP,but SiO2-g-PAA decreased the impact strength of PP.Tg of PP decreased by 2.5 ℃ when 3 wt % SiO2-g-PBA was added.(Transmission electron microscopy,TEM) observation showed that silica modification by grafting could improve the dispersion of silica effectively.
