摘要
[目的]研究桃叶鸦葱抗炎镇痛的药理作用。[方法]分别观察了桃叶鸦葱对醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、棉球所致大鼠肉芽组织增生、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀及醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的影响。[结果]桃叶鸦葱可显著抑制醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增加,显著抑制棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生,显著抑制蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀,明显降低醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体次数。[结论]桃叶鸦葱具有显著的抗炎作用和镇痛作用。
[Objective]To research the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch.[Methods]Capillary permeability increase was induced by acetic acid,swelling degrees of rat＇s toes was induced by egg white,tampon granuloma was induced by tampon embedding and twist reaction was induced by acetic acid.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch.Were observed.[Results]Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch could markedly inhibit the permeability of Capillary,swelling degrees of rat＇s toes,tampon granuloma and the frequency of twisting body response by acetic acid.[Conclusion]Scorzonera sinensis Lipsch has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
