摘要
与7500kg/hm^2小麦相比较,9000kg/hm^2小麦氮素吸收量和氮素生产力显著提高,开花后吸氮强度显著提高;开花期叶片氮素分配量增加但分配比例降低,穗和根系的氮素分配量和分配比例均提高;成熟期籽粒的氮素分配量和分配比例均提高;开花后营养器官的氮素向籽粒转移量增加但转移率差异不显著;籽粒品质改善.
The uptake and distribution of nitrogen in wheat cultivars/treatments with different yield potentials were studied comparatively. The results indicated that the nitrogen uptake amount, the nitrogen productivity and the nitrogen uptake intensity of cultivar/treatment with 9000 kg/h yield potential were remarkably higher than those with 7500 kg/h yield potential. At anthesis, the amount of nitrogen distributed to the leaves increased although the proportion decreased. Whereas both the amount and the proportion of nitrogen distributed to the ears and roots increased. After anthesis, the amount of nitrogen translocated from various vegetative organs to the grains increased, but the proportion remained nearly the same. At maturity, both the amount and the proportion distributed to the grains increased remarkably. The quality of the grains was also improved.
