摘要
目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者舒适护理的应用效果及价值。方法对62例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机选择。31例为舒适组,在住院期间实施舒适护理,包括环境舒适、体位舒适、吸氧舒适、咳痰舒适、心理舒适、精神舒适和护理技术舒适;对照组31例实施常规护理,观察两组住院患者满意率、住院天数及费用率。结果舒适组住院患者满意率明显高于对照组,住院天数及住院费用明显低于对照组。结论舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者的应用中,可以减少并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To study the elder patients with chronic heart failure patients comfortable nursing application effect and value.Methods 62 elderly cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly choice.31 cases of comfortable group,was in hospital implement comfortable nursing,including environment comfortable,comfortably,oxygen is comfortable,sputum comfortable,comfortable,spirit is comfortable and psychological nursing techniques comfortable.The control group 31 cases of implementing convention nurses,observe the two groups of patients hospitalized satisfaction,the length of days and fee.Results Comfortable group of patients hospitalized lvefs were significantly higher satisfaction,gospital days and hospitalization cost significantly below the control group.Conclusion Comfortable nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure in the application of,can reduce the complications,shorten the length of time,improve patient satisfaction.
