谷子抗咪唑乙烟酸新种质的初步研究 被引量:16

摘要 培育抗除草剂谷子品种是解决谷田除草问题的重要途径。谷子不具有抗除草剂基因,但其近缘野生种资源丰富、遗传变异类型广泛,对谷子的抗除草剂育种具有重要意义。由于种种原因,各种类型的抗除草剂谷子品种在生产上应用的较少。咪唑乙烟酸能根治谷田的各种杂草,且价格低廉。我们现已培育出抗咪唑乙烟酸的谷子新种质和一些新品系,产量已经接近于生产水平,抗咪唑乙烟酸新种质对谷子抗除草剂育种将具有重大意义。简述了谷子抗除草剂材料、谷子抗除草剂育种研究进展以及谷子抗咪唑乙烟酸材料及其特点、育种材料的创新方法,详细介绍了河北省农林科学院谷子研究所谷子抗咪唑乙烟酸育种的研究进展。 Breeding of herbicide resistant millet varieties was the important way to solve the weeding problem.Millet did not have the herbicide resistant gene,while its wild relatives were rich in resources with wide genetic variation,which had great significance for breeding of herbicide resistance.For various reasons,the application of many types of herbicide resistant varieties in the production were less.Imazethapyr could control all kinds of weeds in millet field with low price.New imazethapyr resistance millet germplasm and some new lines were bred,which were close to production level.The progress on imazethapyr resistance millet materials and breeding of herbicide resistance,the characters of imazethapyr resistance millet,and the innovative method of breeding materials were briefly introduced,and that on breeding of imazethapyr resistance millet by the Institute of Millet Crops,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences were also introduced.
