摘要
为了将设备级别的技术评估指标集成到宏观防御系统评估中,根据ISAR系统跟踪与成像之间的关系,提出基于目标识别的ISAR干扰效果评估方法。随后借助模糊逻辑和层次分析法,建立了包含三个层次的ISAR干扰效果评估模型。最终构造了每个指标的隶属函数和ISAR干扰效果评估的数学模型。仿真结果显示了这个数学模型的合理性。
In order to intergrate from the equipment technique evaluation index to macroscopical defence system evaluation,an assessment method based on target tracking and recognizing is proposed according to the relationship between the tracking subsystem and imaging subsystem of ISAR.Then a model of three layers ISAR jamming effectiveness evaluation is analyzed,using the method of fuzzy comprehensive and analytic hierarchy process.Following this,membership function of each indictor is set up.Finally the mathematical model of ISAR jamming effectiveness assessment is deduced.The simulation shows the reasonableness of this model.
