摘要
目的探讨句容市晚期血吸虫病(晚血)病人的经济及社会负担。方法运用流行病学、卫生统计学、卫生经济学等方法,对句容市目前在册晚血病人进行问卷调查,并对晚血病人的经济、社会负担进行测算。结果句容市晚血的直接经济负担为489634元,间接经济负担为632237元,患者目前接受晚血救助金额平均每人5000元。77.2%的患者认为晚血对家庭和心理方面存在一定的负面影响,晚血救助各方面满意度均>85%;除现有补助外,83.5%的患者仍然存在某些亟待解决的需求。结论晚血对当地经济、社会和患者家庭均存在一定影响,减轻这些负担应依靠当地政府重视、防治工作的可持续开展和晚血救助政策的不断完善。
Objective To investigate the economic and social burden caused by advanced schistosomiasis in Jurong City.Methods The present registered advanced schistosomiasis cases in Jurong City were surveyed with a questionnaire by employing epidemiological,health statistic and health economic methods,and the economic and social burden of advanced schistosomiasis cases were measured.Results The direct economic burden of advanced schistosomiasis in Jurong City was 489 634 Yuan,and the indirect economic burden was 632 237 Yuan.The mean assistance fee for advanced schistosomiasis patients was 5 000 Yuan per capita at present.In the questionnaire survey,77.2% of the patients thought that advanced schistosomiasis had certain impact on their family and psychology.The satisfaction degree in all sides were above 85%.Nevertheless,83.5% of the patients still had certain aspects of demands that were urgent to be solved besides the assistance.Conclusions Advanced schistosomiasis has certain impact on the family and social economics.To reduce the burden mostly depends on the concerns from the government and the effective performance of the control programme as well as implementation of the assistance approaches.
