摘要
设计了一种用于油品在线监测的电容传感器,并对其结构参数进行了有限元分析和正交优化。最后通过实验测试验证了设计的可行性。
A capacitance sensor used for monitoring oil on - line is designed, and its structure parameters are made finite element analysis and orthogonal optimum.Experimental results show that this design is practicable.
