摘要
介绍了斗式提升的工作原理、结构特点,并针对生产实际中出现的问题,重点阐述了其相关工作零部件的改进设计方案及应用效果。在此基础上,运用UG NX5.0,建立了产品的三维数字化模型和二维工程图,提高了产品的设计质量,为后续的生产制造、优化设计奠定了基础。
The paper introduces the working principle and the structural design of bucket elevators,and lay emphasis on describing the improvement designing scheme of relevant parts and their application results in view of problems occurring in practical production.Then,UG NX5.0 is used to establish 3D model and 3D engineering drawings of the product,which promotes the design quality and makes preliminary preparations for consequent manufacture and optimization design.
