摘要
采用旋转圆筒式冲刷腐蚀装置通过多种电化学测试及失重测量研究了铜镍合金BFe3 0 1 1在不同流速人工海水中的腐蚀行为 ,同时应用SEM观察了材料表面的冲刷腐蚀形貌。结果表明 ,在不同流速的人工海水中 ,BFe3 0 1 1腐蚀反应的线性极化常数不同 ,它随流速的增大而增大 ;BFe3 0 1 1在人工海水中膜破裂的临界流速为 3m/s左右。
The erosion-corrosion behavior of BFe30-1-1 in artificial seawater with different fluid velocities has been studied using rotating cylinder apparatus. The methods adopted in the experimental study included weight-loss test, linear and cycle polarization, free corrosion potential and EIS measurements as well as SEM observation and EDX analysis. The results showed that the constant of linear polarization for corrosion reaction of BFe30-1-1 in artificial seawater increased with the increasing fluid velocity. Furthermore, the results of both cycle polarization and EIS measurement showed that the critical fluid velocity of film breakdown for BFe30-1-1 in seawater was about 3m/s. In the lower frequency region of EIS, the capacitive loop disappeared and the inductive loop appeared when flow velocity increased from 2m/s to 3m/s.
