本文介绍铝在汽车工业应用中所具有的特性和优点。详细叙述铝在汽车轻量化、散热器、铸造合金、发动机及其他部件、结构件、空调管路、轮毂等方面的应用，以及在汽车用铝的回收、能源等方面所起的重要作用．最后分析和预测到２０１０年用在汽车工业的应用和开发前景．
Characteristics and advantages of aluminium application to automobile industry were introduced.Aluminiun application and its important roles to several aspects of automobiles, such as weight lightening, radiators,cast alloys, engine and its parts, structure members, air conditioning pipelines, Wheels, recovery of aluminiumscrap used in automobiles and so on were described in detail. Finally, development perspective of aluminium in automobile industry in 2010 is predicted.
