摘要
服务科学在全球服务业高速发展的背景下逐渐成为近几年学术界的研究热点,但其研究仍处于起步阶段。在梳理现有服务科学研究文献的基础上,对服务科学的概念架构和研究范式进行了述评,提出了服务科学的定义和服务系统的基本框架,认为在服务主导逻辑研究范式下,服务科学是从科学而非直觉和经验的视角研究服务价值创造过程中的一般原理和规律及其分析方法的理论;服务系统是服务科学的基本分析单元,包含顾客、服务供应商和服务传递者三个主要部分。最后对服务科学的未来研究主题进行了初步探讨。
Service science has been the hot research point under the circumstance that the service industry develops in a high speed and becomes the dominant industry in many countries, but the research is still in a preliminary stage . This paper analyzes the concept frame and research paradigm of service science based on the current literatures, and then proposes the definition of service science as well as the frame of service system, insists that service science is a theory which studies the general principals and regular pattern and its analyzing method during the creation process of service value from the scientific, not the intuition and experience perspective based on the research unit of service system which includes customer, service supplier and service deliver under the service - dominant logic. Future topics of service science research were also simply discussed in this paper.
