摘要
为避免维修过程中的维修不足与维修过剩、降低运行费用、提高装备的可用度,从当前国内外CBM研究的现状入手,提出了CBM决策技术研究和软件开发的具体需求。对比例风险模型、滤波模型等剩余寿命预测模型和不同目标下维修决策优化模型进行了建模分析。根据需求建立了CBM决策分析软件系统整体框架和数据结构,对CBM决策分析系统进行开发研究。最后采用某型轴承部件进行了实例研究。
To avoid illmaintenance or overmaintenance,reduce the total operation of equipment and increase its availability,according to the actual situation of CBM,the exact demand of its technique research and software development is introduced.Proportional hazards model and filtering model belong to residual life prediction model and maintenance decision optimizing models under different targets are deeply analyzed.According to its demand,the whole framework and data structure of CBMdecision analyzing software are established; the developed method of the software is studied.Finally,the bearing vibration data is taken as example to validate its utility.
