摘要
目的:研究黄芪丹参对小鼠免疫系统的药理作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:将50只健康KM小鼠分为5个实验组,分别为空白对照组,阳性对照组,黄芪丹参高剂量组(1.00 g/ml)、中剂量组(0.50 g/ml)、低剂量组(0.25 g/ml),连续灌胃给药14 d后,进行小鼠碳粒廓清试验,测定小鼠巨噬细胞的碳粒廓清指数K和吞噬指数α;测定小鼠脾脏系数、胸腺系数和肝脏系数。结果:黄芪丹参提取液可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的廓清能力和吞噬速度,提高小鼠机体免疫能力。结论:实验证明黄芪丹参有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacology of Membranaceus and Salvia on the immune system of mice and provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods: 50 KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,model group,Membranaceus and Salvia decoction high dose group(1.00 g/ml),medium dose group(0.50g/ml),low dose group(0.25 g/ml).After 14 days continuous oral administration,detect the carbon clearance index and phagocytic index.Meanwhile,weigh the liver,spleen and thymus and calculate the index of each immune organs.Results: Membranaceus and Salvia decoction could significantly increase the peritoneal macrophages and phagocytic clearance capacity,enhanced the immune system of mice.Conclusion: Membranaceus and Salvia decoction can increase the immune function of mice.
