摘要
目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘减压术(PLDD)加臭氧交替治疗颈椎间盘突出症的方法及疗效。方法对131例颈椎间盘突出症患者应用激光行PLDD加臭氧交替治疗。结果随访资料完整102例,随访时间6～24个月,平均14个月,根据Macnab法评定疗效,治疗6个月后,优良率为84.31%,有效率为98.04%。结论 PLDD加臭氧交替治疗颈椎间盘突出症安全、有效,是颈椎间盘突出症的有效治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the application of percutaneous laser disc decompression combined with ozone treatment for cervical disc herniation.Methods 131 cases of cervical disc herniation were treated with PLDD plus ozone.Results Followed-up of 102 cases with complete data for 6-24 months,mean 14 months.According to Macnab standards,after 6 months of treatment,the excellent ratio was 84.31% and the general effective ratio was 98.03%.Conclusion PLDD combined with ozone is effective and safe,and it is an effective way to treatment of cervical disc herniation.
