摘要
对15株分离自甲鱼、草鱼、鲫鱼、石蛙、团头鲂和三角鲂的嗜水气单胞菌,用K-B纸片法对18种抗生素进行药敏试验后,用NCCLS标准进行判断,结果输入WHONET5.4耐药监测软件,比较15株菌的耐药水平及18种抗生素的耐药率,并对四环素和强力霉素表现出来的交叉耐药性进行分析,结果表明,15株嗜水气单胞菌耐药现象较为严重,恩诺沙星、四环素、强力霉素和利福平耐药率均超过40%,WHONET5.4散点图表明四环素和强力霉素有较为密切的交叉耐药现象。
Antimicrobial susceptibility tests of 15 Aeromonas hydrophila strains isolated from different aquatic animals including Chinese soft shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis),grass carp(Ctenophyaryngodon idella),crucian carp(Carassius auratus),frog,Megalobrama amblyaphala and M.terminaiis were carried out on Mueller Hinton agar by the Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method according to NCCLS guidelines.The results were analysed by WHONET5.4.Resistance of Aeromonas hydrophila to ENR,DOX,LET,and RIF was found to be higher than 40 percents.LET and DOX scatter plot indicated that they had relatively Cross Resistance.
