6例组织胞浆菌病骨髓细胞形态学观察及临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨分析组织胞浆菌病(histoplasmosis,HP)的临床特征及骨髓涂片检查形态学的特点。方法回顾性分析并结合文献探讨6例组织胞浆菌病患者的临床表现、骨髓形态学特征及诊疗情况。结果组织胞浆菌病的临床表现主要有发热,肝、脾肿大,全血细胞减少等,骨髓涂片Wright染色及糖原染色下均有典型的形态特征。4例经骨髓涂片确诊,2例经培养确诊。确诊后给予抗真菌药物治疗,4例治愈,1例未治,1例死亡。结论通过骨髓涂片病原学检查是本病确诊的依据。两性霉素B等是治疗的有效方法。
