摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)会加速患者肺功能的恶化,缩短COPD的自然病程。近二十年来免疫调节剂在反复呼吸道感染预防中的作用引起广泛关注,其已用于临床AECOPD预防,本文综述免疫调节剂在AECOPD预防中的作用及其临床地位。 Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) can accelerate the deterioration of pulmonary function and shorten the course of COPD. It has been paid more attention to the use of immunomodulators in the prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infection including AECOPD within past twenty years. This review describes the effects of immunomodulators in the prevention of AECOPD.
