摘要
大型模锻液压机活动横梁的位置控制与运行可靠性对产品精度至关重要,针对活动横梁位置控制高精度、大滞后和大惯性等特点,提出了基于位移反馈的五驱动缸主动平衡系统。结合PID和模糊控制的优点,设计开发了基于S7-300 PLC的模糊PID参数自整定控制算法,利用模糊推理对PID参数KP,TI和TD进行在线自整定,实现了输出量对比例流量阀阀芯的控制,保证活动横梁位置偏差在允许范围内。详细说明了Step7软件中的程序设计,利用间接寻址的方法实现了在线查询功能,大大提高了控制系统的智能化程度。应用表明,该系统取得较好的实际控制效果,适应性好,鲁棒性好。
The position control and operation reliability of large-scale die forging press is the key to the product accuracy,and the moving beam has the character of high precision,large time delay and inertia in position control,The active balance system has five-driven cylinder is proposed based on displacement feedback.A PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control arithmetic is exploited based on S7-300 PLC by self-adjusting three parameters KP,TI,TD on line,it completes the control of proportional flow valve spool to ensure the position deviation of moving beam in the allowed range.The program completed by Step7 software is introduced,and finishes the function of inquire online by the method of using the cursor to address.The tests prove that the position control of the system has high precision,good adaptation and robustness.
