摘要
实习生的专业成长是指实习生通过实习在专业知识与能力、自主意识等方面获得发展和提高的过程,它可以划分为准备、适应、调整和提升四个阶段。在准备期,指导教师应积极与实习生沟通,指导其做好实习准备;在适应期,指导教师应帮助实刁生获得“教师”威信;在调整期,指导教师应鼓励实习生积极反思;在提升期,指导教师应敦促实习生关注幼儿与自身发展。
Student teacher's professional development, which refers to their development in professional knowledge, ability and autonomous awareness, can be divided into four stages: preparation, adaptation, adjustment, and advancement. During preparation stage, the instructor should communicate with them to get them prepared for the practice; during adaptation, the instructor should help them achieve authority of a real teacher; during adjustment, the instructor should encourage them to reflect and during advancement, the instructor should urge them to pay close attention to children's and their own development.
