摘要
企业核心能力是当今管理学、经济学交叉融合的最新理论成果之一，日益受到企业管理理论界与实践界的关注。９０ 年代以来，关于核心能力的研究大量涌现。本文首先从核心能力的界定、测度、建立与提高、规划等几个方面评述国外关于核心能力的研究。
The concept of core competence of corporation is a theoretical result dur to the interaction of economics and management. It has been widely concerned by management theorists and practitioners. Many studies on core competence have been conducted since 1990s. This paper reviews the studies on core competence in terms of concept, measurement, building and enhancing, and planning. Then the state-art of the study on core competence in China is discussed.
