摘要
从信息标准的定义、制定目标、制定原则、内容、影响、实施模型等方面对已有的信息标准研究文献进行系统的综述。在此基础上,概括出信息标准的研究框架。
In this paper,we are going to have an overview on extant researches about the definitions,goals,principles,content,influence,implementation for information standards.Further,we generalize the framework of information standards researches and summarize the extant researches and implement of information standards.
