摘要
无差别杀人犯罪,是一种多发于现代社会的独特犯罪类型,具有无差别性对象、社会不满动机、并无组织依托、公然无饰作案等特征,从而应当将其与有关相近类型的犯罪予以区别。在社会转型日益深入的背景下,我国无差别杀人犯罪也相对多发,并呈现出这一类型犯罪的独特形态。基于社会结构的视角具体考察我国目前的无差别杀人犯罪,对于从根本上有效遏制这一犯罪,具有更为重要的意义。
As a kind of peculiar crime often happening in modern society,the undifferentiated homicide is characteristic of undifferentiated gender object,unsatisfaction with the society,non-organization reliance,and public and unconcealed crime commitment,which should be distinguished from other related similar murders.Under the social background of deeper social transformation,the undifferentiated homicide takes place comparatively more frequently in our country,with a peculiar pattern of this kind of murder.In perspective of social structure to examine the undifferentiated homicide in our country,it is of greater significance for effectively holding back this kind of crime eventfully.
