摘要
目的··：了解海洛因成瘾者的个性特征，为预防复吸拟定措施。方法··：采用ＥＰＱ分别于戒毒前与戒毒８－１０ｄ后（排除焦虑、抑郁症状）测查，将各量表的粗分换算成Ｔ分作自身对照分析。结果··：各维度的Ｔ分治疗后较治疗前明显下降，但极端类型处于高危倾向。结论··：海洛因滥用成瘾者个性特征发生了改变，单纯药物戒毒，极易导致复吸，必须采取综合性措施防治，心理治疗不可忽视。
Objective:To understand the personality characteristics of heroin addicts so as to prevent relapes. Method:To measure the patients before and 8-10 days after detoxification when anxiety or depression was excluded with EPQ.Result:Each dimension of EPQ T scores was decreased significantly,but the extreme type is still in high risk tendency. Conclusion:The personality traits of heroin addicts were changed obviously after detoxification. There was relapse possibility if only exert medication therapy.It is necessary to introduce psychotherapy and other comprehensive therapeutic methods into detoxification.
