结直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻60例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨术中肠道顺行灌洗在结直肠癌合并急性梗阻治疗中的作用。方法观察笔者所在科自2002年3月～2008年10月期间手术治疗左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻60例,术中均实行肠道顺行灌洗,一期肿瘤切除吻合率100%,其中姑息切除者15例。结果治愈60例(100%),术后并发症:吻合口漏2例(3.3%),伤口感染8例(13.3%)。结论术中肠道顺行灌洗在结直肠癌并发急性肠梗阻治疗中具有操作简单、安全、易行,能大大提高一期肿瘤切除吻合率,降低术后并发症。
