摘要
采用有机态硼肥(国家发明专利申请号:200810243821.2)在小白菜幼苗期施用,研究其对小白菜幼苗营养生长及品质的影响。研究结果表明,以有效硼浓度0.8 mg/kg处理时,幼苗根长、根鲜质量和干质量比对照增加41.6%、356.6%和53.4%,地上部分长度、鲜质量和干质量比对照提高16.8%、20.0%和28.6%,根内及叶片内SOD的活性,比对照增加127.6%和87.0%,而POD活性没有变化。同时,该浓度的硼处理还能提高小白菜的品质,叶片内叶绿素和VC的含量比对照增加10.2%和53.3%,而对叶片内蛋白质的含量没有影响。
Effects of organic boron on growth and quality in Chinese cabbage were researched in this experiment.The results showed that different concentrations of organic boron could significantly promote seedling growth of Chinese cabbage.The best concentration was 0.8 mg/kg.Root length,root fresh weight and dry weight were increased by 41.6%,356.6% and 53.4% respectively.Also shoot length,fresh weight and dry weight were increased by 16.8%,20.0% and 28.6% respectively.In this concentration SOD activities were increased by 127.6% and 87.0% in roots and seedlings respectively.But there was no effect for POD activity.Meanwhile,the contents of chlorophyll and vitamin C were increased by 10.2% and 53.3%,but there was no effect for proteins in leaves under the treatment.
