摘要
目的 研究经肠补充谷氨酰胺( Gln) 对胃肠手术患者血浆Gln ,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH) 和丙二醛( MDA) 水平的影响.方法 将20 例胃肠手术患者随机分为Gln 组( 术后经肠补充Gln) 和NonGln 组( 不补充Gln) ,观察术后血浆Gln ,GSH 和MDA 水平的变化.结果 术后d 1 两组血浆Gln ,GSH 浓度明显下降,MDA 含量明显增加,d 6 Gln 组上述指标基本恢复至术前水平,但NonGln组Gln 和GSH 的降低以及MDA 的升高仍较明显.结论 经肠补充Gln 能有效维持术后血浆GSH 的正常水平,减轻术后机体的脂质过氧化反应.
AIM To investigate the effect of glutamine supplementation on plasma levels of glutamine (Gln), reduced glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in gastrointestinal surgical patients. METHODS Twenty patients were randomized to two groups (Gln group and Non Gln group), fed enterally with or without glutamine (0 3*!g·kg -1 ·d -1 ) supplementation. The changes of Gln, GSH and MDA in plasma were measured before and after surgical trauma. RESULTS The plasma Gln and GSH levels decreased and the MDA levels increased significantly in two groups 1 day postoperatively. On the 6th day, the Gln, GSH and MDA approached to the preoperative levels in the Gln group. But the decrease of GSH and the increase of MDA remained obvious compared to the preoperative levels in the Non Gln group. CONCLUSION Enteral glutamine administration can preserve GSH levels and lessen damage effect of lipid superoxidation after surgical trauma.
