摘要 在现行矿车轮对和车架横梁中间布置4套减振装置,减振装置具有独特的双弹簧倒置布置的结构,突破矿车四轮同面运行的制约,在额定空载时单弹簧减振,在额定空载和额定重载之间时双弹簧减振,达到经济适用的目的;使矿车车轮与接口不平、平面转弯、相交面转弯的轨道在一定设计范围内严密接触,降低单边定位引起掉道的可能性,减少运输事故发生。 Four sets of shock absorber was designed to fit between the wheels and holding beam. The shock absorber has the unique structure of double inverted springs. The economic benefit was attained by shock absorbing with single springs under the condition of rated un-loading, and two springs for the rated unloading and deadweight. The innovated device guaranteed the tight contact between the road surface and the wheel in case of uneven interface between axle and wheel, direction turning in the road and cross-section. The new device reduced the possibility of falling road caused by the unbalance of the car. The transportation accidents were prevented.
