载乙醇活性炭在氮气氛围中微波解吸 被引量:4

Desorption of ethanol-loaded activated carbon by microwave irradiation in N_2 condition

摘要 用颗粒活性炭对水中低质量浓度的乙醇进行吸附,饱和后在氮气氛围中用微波辐照解吸,以实现乙醇的回收和活性炭的再生。载乙醇活性炭在氮气氛围中微波解吸的研究表明:随微波功率的增高,乙醇出口质量分数的峰值也增大,且越早出现;在320 W微波功率下,80 s左右即出现出口质量分数的最高峰值,当微波功率不低于320 W时,120 s左右即可解吸完全;微波功率对乙醇出口质量分数曲线影响较大,是影响微波解吸分离效果的重要因素;质量分数4%—8%的乙醇水溶液经3次活性炭吸附-氮气氛围中微波解吸循环后,乙醇质量分数可提纯至95%以上。 Granular activated carbon was used in the adsorption of low mass concontration ethanol in water,and the saturated carbon was desorbed by microwave irradiation in N2 condition to recover ethanol and regenerate activated carbon.The study on microwave desorption of ethanol-loaded activated carbon in N2 condition shows that the highest value of the ethanol mass fraction at outlet appears quicker and higher when the microwave power is stronger.For example,the highest value appears before 80 s when the microwave power is 320 W;the ethanol-loaded activated carbon can be desorbed nearly completely after 120 s when the microwave power is not weaker than 320 W;the microwave power has an important effect on the mass fraction curve of outlet ethanol,and it is an important factor that affects the results of microwave desorption;after three processes of activated carbon adsorption and microwave desorption in N2 condition,the mass fraction of ethanol can come up to over than 95% from 4%-8%.
