摘要
针对目前国内绝大多数火力发电厂使用翻板阀对二次风进行调节存在的缺点,设计了一套新型二次风调节阀。首先通过数值模拟的方法,对翻板阀和新型二次风调节阀主要结构建模仿真,通过比较结果指出新型二次风调节阀在结构上的合理性。然后通过使用SolidWorks软件对新型二次风调节阀进行结构设计并做必要的分析。最后在实验室搭建实验台,通过试验研究,验证了新设计的调节阀,在流量调节特性和阀后流场分布等方面均优于翻板阀。
In view of the shortcomings of flap valve which was used to adjust the secondary air by most of the domestic thermal power plants, a new type of secondary air control valve is designned. First, by using numerical simulation method to build the model building for the main structure of flap valve and the new secondary air control valve, and comparing the results, it can be see that the new secondary air control valve is reasonable in the structure. Then do the structure design for the secondary air control valve using SolidWorks and do some necessary analysis. Finally, putting up a test-bed structure in laboratory, and through experiment, it shows that the new type of secondary air control valve is superior to the flap valve in both the flow adjusting characteristics of flap valves and the non-uniform of the flow filed distribution.
