摘要
阐述了铸态条件下获得高强度、高伸长率球墨铸铁FCD600-8~15的试制与生产过程,分析了化学成分,脱硫,孕育,炉料选择等条件对获得高强度、高伸长率球墨铸铁的影响,分析了化学成分的选择与控制,单铸试块的浇注条件等控制方法。
The article gives a brief introduction to preparation and production procedures of ductile cast iron FCD600-8~15 with high-strength and high elongation ratio. And the effects of chemical composition and desulphurization and inoculation as well as furnace charge on production of such ductile cast iron were explored. The authors also proposed the way of selecting and controlling of chemical composition and other controlling way of control casting conditions for separated poured test pieces.
