摘要
针对某新开发车型,建立了正面碰撞约束系统模型,并对其气囊模块进行了试验验证。接着对模型进行参数优化,并对优化结果进行稳健性分析,以确保开发的约束系统满足设计要求。在碰撞波形稳定的前提下,使50km/h刚性壁障碰撞的C-NCAP得分在12.09~12.95之间的概率大于99%。
An occupant restraint system model for frontal crash is set up for a newly developed vehicle,and its airbag module is validated by test.Then the parameter optimization is performed on the model and the robustness of optimized results is analyzed to ensure the constraint system developed meeting design requirements.As a result,the probability of the C-NCAP score being in the range of 12.09 to 12.95 is above 99% in 50km/h frontal rigid barrier impact with a stable vehicle deceleration curve during crash.
