摘要
温度恒定是集热器性能测试的一个重要条件,其控制精度对测试结果有重大影响。文中设计了一套两级温度控制系统,该系统的次级温度调节采用了PID参数自调整模糊控制技术,使闭式循环管路中的小流量水温稳定在0℃~90℃的任意设定值上,其波动范围不超过±0.1℃。试验结果表明模糊PID控制能满足系统的要求,在响应速度、稳态精度及抗干扰能力等方面均优于传统的PID控制。
The steady temperature is a key requirement in performance parameters test,it′s control precision grealy affects the test results.A two-stage control system of temperature is designed in the paper.The Fuzzy technology of PID parameters self-tuning is used in the sub temperature regulation.The temperature of little flux in the closed loop pipe can be satbilized on a given value in the range of 0℃~90℃ by these schemes.The control error is less than ±0.1℃.The results shows that fuzzy PID control algorithm can meet the requirements,The performances such as speed response,steady precision and anti-interference of the fuzzy PID control are superior to those of traditional PID control.
