摘要 从催化剂热烧结、催化剂中毒、催化剂堵塞、催化剂磨损4个方面阐述催化剂的失活机理。通过研究催化剂的各种失活机理,可以有针对性地根据锅炉特性、燃料特性以及飞灰成分进行SCR脱硝系统的优化设计,制定防止催化剂失活的措施,对延长催化剂寿命,降低SCR脱硝系统的运行维护费用具有重要意义。 This paper elaborates the deactivation mechanism for SCR flue gas denitration catalyst in terms of catalyst sintering,catalyst poisoning,catalyst plugging and catalyst erosion.Based on the research on various deactivation mechanisms,the optimal design of SCR denitration system and measures of preventing catalyst deactivation can be performed according to the boiler characteristics,fuel characteristics,and fly ash components and are of great significance for expanding catalyst lifetime and reducing the operation and maintenance cost of the system.
