以舞钢4 300 mm中厚板热处理矫直机为例,对内嵌式油气分配润滑技术在热矫直机支承辊润滑中的应用进行了完整的技术方案介绍,包括润滑原理、润滑优点、润滑剂耗量计算、轴承座结构分析。
Taking 4300 mm medium and heavy plate heat treatment straightener of Wu Steel Company for example,this paper introduces the application of embedding style oil gas distribution lubricating technology to hot straightener backup roll lubrication,including lubrication principle,lubrication advantage,lubricant consumption calculation and bearing chock structure analysis.
