摘要
目的分析南阳市艾滋病(AIDS)病人死亡情况,了解近年高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)的效果。方法对近几年艾滋病疫情数据库、HAART数据库进行整理分析。结果累计确认病例中已有36.21%的病人死亡,年病死率由2003年的21.53%下降到2009年的10.23%。2009年死亡病例中确认后存活3年以上者占44.55%,与2005年相比有较大提高。接受治疗者病死率远远低于未治疗者。结论经过抗病毒治疗,使艾滋病病人的病死率逐年下降,说明抗病毒治疗有效,今后要进一步提高治疗质量。
Objective To understand the effect of highly active antiretroval therapy（HAART）for HIV/AIDS in Nanyang city.Methods To analyze the AIDS epidemic data and HAART data collected in the recent years.Result Up to now,36.21% of the HIV-infected patients died.The mortality rate declined from 21.53% in 2003 to 10.23% in 2009,and 44.55% of the people who died in 2009 survived for more than 3 years from the time when they were confirmed as HIV infectors,or significantly higher than those who died in 2005.The mortality rate of the people receiving HAART was far lower than that of those without HAART.Conclusion With HAART,the mortality rate is decreased year by year.It means that HAART is effective.And the quality of the therapy should be improved in the future.
