摘要
将超滤膜和纳滤膜用于畜禽养殖废弃物沼液的分离浓缩,处理过程不破坏沼液中有效物质的活性,浓缩液可作为无公害生物肥料的原料。沼液的pH值影响其体积浓缩倍数,当pH值为5时,体积浓缩倍数最大(23倍);当沼液的pH值为6时,体积浓缩倍数为21倍,与沼液原液相比,浓缩液中的常规营养成分、微量元素和部分活性物质含量均得到显著提高,其中TP浓度提高了约309倍,微量元素Fe、Mn和Zn浓度分别提高了约104、335和84倍,其他成分含量多数可提高10~20倍。
Uhrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes were used to separate and concentrate biogas slurry from livestock and poultry wastes. The activity of active materials in the biogas slurry is not destroyed during the treatment. The concentrate can be used as the raw material of green biofertilizer. The volume concentration multiple of the biogas slurry is influenced by its pH. It is the maximum (23 times) at pH of 5, and 21 times at pH of 6. As compared with the raw biogas slurry, the routine nutrition element, trace element and active materials in the concentrate are remarkably increased, in which the content of TP is increased by 309 times, the concentrations of Fe, Mn and Zn are increased by 104,335 and 84 times respectively, and the contents of other components can be mostly increased by 10 to 20 times.
