Technology Measure of Saving Compressed Air in Air-jet Loom

摘要 探讨在喷气织机上节约压缩空气耗气量的技术措施。针对喷气织机用气成本较高的现状,通过调整喷气织机供气压力、辅助喷嘴引纬工艺、主喷嘴芯直径等技术措施,在不影响织机效率和产品质量的前提下,每台织机耗气量由原来0.91 m3/min下降至0.82 m3/min,从而可以减少空气压缩机的开机数量,实现节约用气用电的目的。 Technology measures of saving compressed air consumption in air-jet loom were discussed. According to higher air consumption cost in air-jet loom, technology measrues of adjusting air-jet loom air supply pressure, auxiliary nozzle weft insertion processing and main nozzle core diameter were adopted. In condition of not effecting loom efficiency and product quality,air consumption of each loom could be reduced from 0. 91 m3/min to 0. 82 m3/min,finally working air compressor could be reduced and aim of saving air consumption could be realized.
