正交试验优选四妙君逸软膏提取工艺 被引量:5

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Simiao Junyi Ointment by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的:优选四妙君逸软膏的提取工艺。方法:以加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间为考察因素,以挥发油提取量为评价指标,采用正交试验筛选花椒、没药各自单提和二者混合提取的最佳工艺。结果:花椒单提的最佳工艺为加药材5倍量的水,不浸泡,回流提取6h;没药单提的最佳工艺为加药材9倍量的水,不浸泡,回流提取8h;花椒、没药混合提取最佳工艺为加药材5倍量的水,浸泡60min,回流提取6~8h;单提得到的挥发油量多。结论:四妙君逸软膏中花椒和没药的挥发油需分别单独提取,才能获得较高挥发油提取量;该单提工艺合理、科学、可行。 OBJECTIVE: To study the extraction technology of Simiao junyi ointment. METHODS: The extraction technologies of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, Myrrha and mixture of them were optimized by orthogonal test using amount of water, soaking time and extraction time as factors and with the filed of volatile oil as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium was as follows: 5-fold water, not soaking and reflux extracting for 6 h. The optimal extraction technology of myrrha was as follows: 9-fold water added, not soaking and reflux extracting for 8 h. The optimal extraction technology of the mixture of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium and Myrrha was as follows: 5-fold water, soaking for 60 min and reflux extracting for 6-8 h. The field of volatile oil from Zanthoxyli Pericarpium or Myrrha was high than that of mixture. CONCLUSION: The volatile oil of Pericarpium Zanthoxyli and Myrrha should be extracted from Simiao junyi ointment respectively to obtain the highest field. The method is reasonable, scientific and feasible.
