摘要
社会性别理论是女权主义的智慧结晶。这一概念将三次女权主义浪潮的胜利成果从实践上升到理论,并扩展到社会生活的多个方面。从社会性别理论浅谈当今中国社会中存在的社会性别、社会性别分工与护士女性化间的矛盾,剖析由此产生的男性护士就业尴尬的原因和并提出应对策略。
Gender theory is essence of feminist. This concept made the victory of feminism movement rise from practice to theory, and extended to various aspects of daily life. In this paper, from the angle of gender theory, I discuss the conflict between gender or gender-based division of labor and the feminization of nursing professions, which is the existence in contemporary Chinese society. At last, in this article, I analyze the reasons for the embarrassment of the male nurses＇ employment and propose the corresponding strategies.
